Alumni — Non-Sandlot Use

Former Sandlot players may have opportunities to use The Lot during available facility time; however, this access is privately arranged through the building owner and is not provided, scheduled, supervised, or administered by Marshfield Sandlot.

Although these individuals may be former Sandlot players, their private facility use does not constitute participation in a Sandlot program, team, clinic, camp, or other organization-sponsored activity.

Private Facility Bookings — Non-Sandlot Use

The building owner may independently rent or authorize use of The Lot to individuals, teams, instructors, organizations, or other groups during times when Sandlot is not using the facility.

These bookings are made directly through the building owner and are completely separate from Marshfield Sandlot. Sandlot does not manage the reservation, collect rental fees, approve participants, provide supervision, or administer the activity unless a separate written arrangement specifically states otherwise.

Marshfield Sandlot is a tenant of The Lot and does not own the facility. Private bookings, alumni access, and other facility use arranged directly through the building owner are independent of Marshfield Sandlot and do not constitute Sandlot-sponsored activities.

Marshfield Sandlot does not sponsor, organize, supervise, administer, or assume responsibility for individuals or activities using the facility under a private arrangement with the building owner. Sandlot registration, membership, waivers, insurance, policies, or participant protections should not be assumed to apply to privately arranged facility use unless Marshfield Sandlot has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Participants in Sandlot-sponsored activities remain subject to all applicable Sandlot registration, medical authorization, liability release, media permission, and organizational requirements.
