For individuals who are not currently rostered with Marshfield Sandlot but have been approved to participate in a Sandlot-sponsored clinic, camp, training session, evaluation, or other organization activity. These participants are required to complete the appropriate registration and waiver forms so that participant information, medical authorization, release of liability, and media permissions are on file before participation.

This is the only category listed here that represents participation in a Marshfield Sandlot activity.

Marshfield Sandlot is a tenant of The Lot and does not own the facility. Private bookings, alumni access, and other facility use arranged directly through the building owner are independent of Marshfield Sandlot and do not constitute Sandlot-sponsored activities.

Marshfield Sandlot does not sponsor, organize, supervise, administer, or assume responsibility for individuals or activities using the facility under a private arrangement with the building owner. Sandlot registration, membership, waivers, insurance, policies, or participant protections should not be assumed to apply to privately arranged facility use unless Marshfield Sandlot has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Participants in Sandlot-sponsored activities remain subject to all applicable Sandlot registration, medical authorization, liability release, media permission, and organizational requirements.
