Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

BASEBALL TRYOUTS

The tryout fee is nonrefundable once the tryout or evaluation has been completed. However, for age groups where Marshfield Sandlot is attempting to form a new team, the tryout fee may be refunded in full if the organization determines that there are not enough eligible players to form a viable roster. If a viable team is formed, the standard nonrefundable fee policy will apply. Payment of the tryout fee does not guarantee that a new team will be formed or that a roster position will be offered.

SOFTBALL PROGRAMS

All fees and payments are nonrefundable unless otherwise approved by the Board of Directors. Any refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the issuance and amount of any refund shall be at the sole discretion of the Board.

NON-ROSTERED PARTICIPATION

PRIVATE FACILITY BOOKING

Marshfield Sandlot is not affiliated with, responsible for, or a party to private facility bookings arranged through the building owner. The Sandlot website is being used only as a scheduling tool to display and coordinate available facility times. Any fees, deposits, cancellations, refunds, credits, or other financial arrangements associated with a private facility booking are solely between the individual or group making the reservation and the building owner. Marshfield Sandlot does not collect or control private booking fees and is not responsible for issuing or approving refunds for private facility use. Any request for a refund, cancellation, rescheduling, or other adjustment must be discussed and negotiated directly with the building owner. Participation in a private facility booking is also not a Marshfield Sandlot-sponsored activity. Marshfield Sandlot does not assume responsibility for the supervision, participation, liability, or activities associated with these private bookings unless specifically agreed to in writing.
